    I start with a consultation for new clients. After our free, 15 minute consultation, we will determine if you would like to move forward with an intake.

    If you would like to use insurance, an elegiblity check will be conducted before scheduling the intake session to determine if your plan is accepted and the fee you will be charged.

    If you are out of pocket, the fee for services will be discussed during the initial consultation, and you will be provided with a Good Faith Estimate prior to our first intake session.

    We will get you set up on the platform used for telehealth sessions. You will be sent forms and questionnaires to review and complete prior to the intake session.

    Then, once that is all complete, our therapy journey together will begin!

    Do you accept insurance?

    Some insurance plans are accepted. We will run an eligiblity check to determine if your insurance is accepted and the fee you will pay based on your benefits.

    Out-of-pocket is also offered. The fee for individual therapy is $150 for a 53 minute session. The fee for a family session is $160.

    A sliding scaled is available. Please inquire about the sliding scale during the initial consultation. The sliding scale is based on the therapists discretion.

    A superbill is provided automatically at the end of each month, which you can use to obtain reimbursement from your insurance provider if you have out-of-network benefits. Check with your insurance provider to determine if you have out-of-network benefits.

    Any computer, tablet, or smartphone with a stable internet connection, camera, and microphone will work. Our platform is HIPAA-compliant and easy to access through your browser—no downloads required.
